Major activities of DLESE Data Services will be • To conduct a needs assessment for data and data analysis tools in the educational community • To identify existing educational modules utilizing data and data access and analysis tools for cataloging in DLESE • To organize and run DLESE Data Services Workshops in which we will bring together a wide range of Earth science data providers, developers of data access and analysis/exploration tools, with curriculum developers and educators to improve the use of Earth science data in education Each of these activities and the benefits and opportunities they make available to the community will be described in more detail during the presentation. | ||
