The Paleobiology Database is a community-governed research organization that brings together 230 researchers from 77 institutions in 14 countries to enter, query, and analyze paleontological data using web-based tools. All data are available to the public, including more than 51,000 fossil collections and 510,000 taxonomic occurrences of 49,000 species. |
