CONODONTS OF THE BIGBY-CANNON FORMATION, CENTRAL TENNESSEE | ||

Box 4418, Clarksville, TN 37044 Eighteen samples from a transect of the Bigby-Cannon Limestone located in Liberty Branch Creek, Gallitin, TN where examined for conodonts. All samples produced a moderate abundance of conodont elements with excellent preservation. A moderate diversity conodont fauna was recovered. The fauna is dominated by elements of Panderodus gracilis, additional taxa include Drepanoistodus suberectus, and Phragmodus spp.. | ||
