From Oil Fields to Cornfields, and A Lot More

Field Trip Description: Participants will be visiting the Mosaic Crop Nutrition Houston Warehouse, the Mosaic Company’s Channelview Sulfur Terminal, and the Cargill, Inc. Grain Export facility. During this half-day tour participants will learn how the Mosaic Crop Nutrition Supply Chain supplies the Southwest and Central Plains with nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizer, and animal feed ingredients. The Mosaic Company’s Sulfur Supply Chain team will detail how the Channelview Sulfur Terminal plays a key role in linking oilfields to cornfields. Cargill Inc. will tell how their Houston terminal fits into their export system. To close the tour The Mosaic Co. will present a current view of the global fertilizer situation.
