National Mine Map Repository
The National Mine Map Repository, part of the United States Department of the Interior, Office of Surface Mining, is a facility that provides and stores in microfilm over 140,000 abandon mine maps dating from the 1850's and contains microfilm mine maps of coal, and non-coal mines throughout the United States.
