Papers are encouraged for symposia, theme sessions, and general technical sessions, in both oral and poster format. Oral presentations in most sessions will be in 15–20 minute time slots. Some symposia sessions may be organized with a longer time format. Contact session conveners for more information. All oral sessions will utilize a single projector and PowerPoint software. Poster space will be 4-ft × 8 ft.
 
Can I submit more than 1 abstract?
  • Yes. You may be first author for 1 (one) oral presentation and 1 (one) poster presentation OR 2 poster presentations.
    Example: Joe Smith could have two posters, or one poster and one oral presentation.
  • Symposia presentations are considered "invited" and he/she may submit up to 1 (one) oral and 1 (one) poster OR 2 poster presentation in non-invited sessions as well. Only 1 (one) symposia presentation may be counted as "invited".
    Example: Jane Doe is invited to present an oral and poster presentation in a symposia. Jane may only submit 1 additional 1st author oral or poster presentation in another non-invited session.
