The development of industrial enterprises has an important place in the country's economy. The destruction of industrial enterprises have been known to create negative effects in the country's economy by emerging in a devastating earthquake outside of the safety of life. Therefore it is important that to be done of the earthquake hazard and risk analysis by the way of the locations of industrial firms. Earthquake Hazard Analysis of industrial firms located within the borders of the province of Çanakkale revealed by using Open Source Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Software (QGIS) and Analytical Hierarchy Process in this study. The locations of the industrial enterprises, geology of the city, epicenter points of earthquakes which have occurred throughout the province, and the size 4 on between 1905-2015 years, length of faults and active faults distances to the town center are used in the study. Thematic maps has been created by evaluating a combination of these parameters. Districts have been identified in terms of earthquake hazards at created maps and interpreted with the locations of the industrial enterprises. 462 industrial firms, which are operating at Yenice, Biga and Çan, have the highest values of earthquake hazard have been identified as a result of the study.
