The ISO 10312 and 13794 methods provide more comprehensive analytical data that is widely used by regulators for risk assessments. Complex structures are better defined in this method as compared to other methods. With the improvement in defining complex structures, more complicated arrangements are more difficult to enumerate for analysts, leading to modifications in our laboratory to provide more consistent data within our laboratory. We will share some of our experiences with these modifications.
