HALIHAN, Todd, School of Geology, Oklahoma State University, 105 Noble Research Center, Stillwater, OK 74078 and SHARP, Carol E., Sharp Research Institute, 3606 Brownwood Dr., Austin, TX 78759, todd.halihan@okstate.edu

The flowpath for John M. Sharp, Jr. began seven decades ago on the banks of the Trinity River. The path has taken him from a Ph.D. in Illinois with Patrick Domenico to a stop at the University of Missouri, Columbia followed by a long career at the University of Texas at Austin. Along the way he has helped numerous students studying the physical aspects of groundwater and surface water systems around the world. This talk will look at some of the sampling points encountered along the flowpath of his career.
