“IS MY WATER SAFE TO DRINK?” REGULATING PRIVATE WELLS IN RHODE ISLAND

Rhode Island enacted private well testing regulations in 2008. These regulations were fully implemented in 2013. Case studies representing some of the challenges encountered will be presented, along with opportunities for additional research.
