INVENTION OF UTILITY ENTITLED GEOLOGY-HEALTH MAP AND HYDROGEOLOGY-HEALTH MAP: FAR FROM RHETORIC CLOSER TO REALITY

The objective of this utility invention patent is to take care of the health of the human beings around the world knowing better any geological and hydrologic basins in a judicious way more than commercial way.

Geology-Health Map and Hydrogeology-Health Map: Far from rhetoric closer to reality, was processed since April 2019; it was accepted and published in the Industrial Property Gazette at the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio-SIC) agency of the Colombian government as an Invention of Utility in June 2019.

The geology-health map, needs several disciplines related to geosciences and involves several claims, to achieve monitoring of the benefits and damages that minerals contained in rocks, soils, unconsolidated and alluvial deposits, which could cause negative impact to people in their health and mental health.

The map hydrogeology-health, has different claims, guaranteeing the possibility of mitigating natural, social and/or technological risks to the health and mental health of the communities, as well as all the realms of living beings (vegetables, animals, protists, and fungi) due to the use of groundwater, from deep or shallow well, thermal deposit, water tank, reservoir and others were groundwater is captured for aqueduct, rural home/ farmer, or industry, among others.

The authorities must revise any Geology-Health and Hydrogeology-Health Maps before approving license for the excavation of works to capture groundwater, water vapor and superficial water. Also, to control and audit mining process, conventional and non-conventional hydrocarbon, among others.

In addition, to assess the damage that people in your locality or neighboring locations could cause to groundwater.

Finally, this analyze and control when aquifers are shared and thus act to resolve the potential conflict before allowing its initiation or escalation.
