The Cambrian Xiaoerbulake Formation dolomite reservoir in the Central Uplift is an important and potential exploration target. Due to the deeper burial depth of Lower Cambrian, the number of wells encountered is relatively few, which has brought certain difficulties for exploration and reservoir prediction. Therefore, it is very important for Prediction of dolomite reservoir based on geological attributes and petrophysical properties. The dolomite rock structure and seven types of pores were identified through observation of the rock thin section and the main types of pores were dissolution pores, interparticle pores, and algae framework pores. The pore aspect ratio provides a tool to detect pore types. The statistical pore aspect ratio found that dissolution pores are similar to a circular shape and pore aspect ratio is between 0.7 and 0.8. interparticle pores are similar to elliptical shape and pore aspect ratio is between 0.5 and 0.6. The crossploting analysis of the predicted S-wave velocity and P-wave velocity shows a positive correlation. There is a certain correlation between wave impedance and porisity. As the wave impedance increases, the porosity decreases. The wave impedance is relatively small in high reservoir. The fluid substitution based on Gassmann's formula indicates that the P-wave velocity and S-wave velocity ratio and Poisson's ratio is relatively good for fluid identification. This study indicates that the comprehensive application of acoustic parameters and elastic parameters provide an effective method for the prediction of complex dolomite reservoir.
