A PORTABLE POWDER X-RAY DIFFRACTOMETER (XRD) WITH THE POWER OF A CONVENTIONAL XRD SYSTEM
Powder X-ray Diffractometer (XRD) is an analytical device that is widely used for material characterization in geology, environmental science, material science, biology, and mechanical engineering.
