THE IMPACT OF DYNAMIC LOAD ON LANDSLIDE SLOPE IN BOLSHOI SOCHI

ERKUSHOV, Vladislav, Krasnodar, 350001, Russia

The main dynamic effect on the soil base of roads due to the vibration from traffic and due to the increasing interest in the region of Bolshoi Sochi. Special attention should be focused on the structural features of the lithological landslide bodies and indicators of physical and mechanical properties of their component soils and their own frequencies, to identify possible resonance effects from traffic. The results of researches will allow more detailed approach to engineering geological zoning of separate sites for construction and forecasting landslide masses activity.

The subjects of research is the top layers of talus, which are widespread throughout the Bolshoi Sochi, and it is a natural base for the majority of existing roads.

The purpose of this research is to determine the physical and mechanical characteristics and to estimate frequency of deposits, to identify the weakest layers in the geological section, which can be a potential sliding surface. At the moment it is one of the priorities in the design of engineering structures in the observed area.
