AGU is developing a comprehensive suite of resources for career advancement and professional development for use by students and scientists in the Earth and space sciences. Although most of the materials are created internally, AGU is also working with other organizations and educational institutions to collaborate on projects benefiting the greater geoscience community.

AGU Pathfinder resources are being developed to support ethical practices and principles, career development options, student support, and essential skills and professional development opportunities.

The presentation will include an overview of current Pathfinder efforts, collaborative efforts, and an appeal for additional partnerships.
